A Few of My Favorite Media Moments of the 2007 BCS National Championship Game

There's been lots of fun stuff and quotes made leading up to the big game, but here's moments captured within hours of game time that have struck me anywhere from whimsical to downright hilarious.

The first one is from the Les Miles interview of FOX Sports' Best Damn Sports Show Ever. The segment I'm specifically targeting is Shaq's jackassing at the 3:00 minute mark
For the irony (whimsical) side, bruiser-back Hester shows his soft side at the 1:30 mark of this video
When a Tiger fan hears "that song" (Pre-Game), there's an uncontrollable responsive reflex. Start watching this video around the 30 sec mark to witness this happening to the best of us. During Favorite's post-game on-field interview on national television, he tells the reporter to "hold on" mid-sentence just so he can answer call and yell for a second - like he would be missing out or getting his ass kicked if he wasn't part of it. And then just picks up where he left off. I'm telling you, it's all reflex at this point. Just Priceless.
And finally, and so far my favorite... is ESPN's phone interview with James Carville, who sounds like he's had a few after the game. It's hysterical from the time the gun goes off, but my favorite is probably those last few seconds where he just trails off repeating how much he hates the Rose Bowl. Classic.
